i just got my Q9c and are still tring figure it. I would like to thank everyone on here for the wealth of info about the q. When I am using my bluetooth head set I get the beep in my ear that there is a call coming in but nothing on the display telling me who it is. is there something I need to do to get it to work? thanx

Then I am not sure an actual call is coming in - are you sure? Because when another call comes in you get an incoming call screen just like a regular call. Never seen it work diferently.

the beep could be a text or email
and yes you would get a screen saying who is calling if you were already on the phone

Thank you both for your reply. Its is working one of the time i think was a test and the other time was the head set low battery. I am still learning. this is the first blue tooth and smartphone. Again thank you.

One more thing. On my old phone when someone would call that i dont have programed in it would show what state he call came from. On the Q9C it does not do that. Is there a way to get it to do that? Thanks
