Bluetooth issues - Motorola Q Forum

Hello! I am new to this forum so thank you to all in advance for any help/suggestions. I previously had a Motorola Q that worked flawlessly (with bluetooth) with my Parrot CK3100 and my JVC KD-NX5000.

I first upgraded to a Q9m and whenever I connected to either device, the devices acted as though a call was always active; muting my radio and not allowing me to utilize the phone functions. I was also not able to hear anything from the phone. I assumed the phone was defective and sent it back to Verizon and went back to my old Q.

I then received a Q9c and am experiencing the exact same issues as with the 9m. Is this an issue with more current versions of Windows Mobile? Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions? I really can't stand the idea of going back to my old Q but I am in the car often and really need the hands-free functionality to work....

I have been having the same problems with my Nissan Altima. I connect as soon as I get in the car, but as my blooth thinks a call is going through and will not hang up...it also will not allow me to transfer my contacts while this is happening. Please let me know if you can help out.

Were you two ever able to solve this?

I'm using a Q9h w/ a CK3100 and have no issues at all.

Unfortunately, no - my Q9c still will not work at all with my Parrot or my JVC bluetooth....
