Back up help....

Hi guys

Alright I purchased a Q9c today. This new phone is an upgrade from the original Q that I still have activated. Anyways...please tell me that someone or all of you know how to transfer all my calendar / contacts / and pictures on this new phone. I thought the CD that came with this phone would have a simple program that I could use to transfer all my stuff from my old Q to the newer Q9. I realy don't want to have to manualy enter all of this information into my new phone. If there's a way...please fill me in!

I've never heard of Jeyo. Is it freeware? Is it simple to use?

no its not freeware but trial version should work

super powerful program, I love it.......syncs your contacts and can edit them in like database view.......can add new folders for texts......downloads and backs up in like a few clicks

or you could use outlook on your pc
or sprite backup on the old Q and restore on new
or copy the pim.vol from one to the other

Hey guys, just wanted to thank all of you who replyed. n99hockey thanks for that link! much appreciated! I'm going to try that program out now...if I can transfer all my contacts / calendar to my new phone, ill call sprint and activate the phone!

magicman08, much props goes to you for that link that has a list of your favorite programs. I'm going to check out opera. I hate IE especialy the way it worked on the old Q. I havent tried it on the new phone yet, but I bet it still stinks.

I'll get back to you guys in a few, and let you know how everything went.

Nice program. I managed to back up and restorm my contacts onto my new phone. This program cant back up calendars? I guess the annoying part is done which is getting the contacts done! I copied all of my photos manualy and they look good on the new phone.
