Audio stopped working on Q9C

I have ad my Q9 for about 3 months. This is my second Q and the first to get set up the way I wanted..finally. Last week I lost the audio on the phone. Yes it still rings and does all phone functions but the start up tone, recorded audio and sprint tv, games...nothing. I don't have a clue. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks

try holding the thumb wheel in until the volume menu opens. Set that to 100%, if htat doesn't fix it let us know and we'll look for some things that may not be so easy.

I tried that but i did not push in. I am laid up at home and it has been driving me nuts. Thanks it worked .

a little premature have audio on sprint tv and mediaplayer. Noting on start up or games still.

Ok, go to start > settings > profiles, highlight the profile you are using and press the right soft key and select edit. Check the sub-categories (mostly system sounds I would think) to make sure none are turned down.
