Is picture mail included at no extra charge on the SERO plans?

that is correct its part of the sero plan you just have to call and have it added as it wont be automatically because the system doesnt recognize the phone as supporting it.

I can't get mine to launch. I click on the sMMS icon and the Q shows an error screen that says "this application sMMS.exe requires a newer version oMicrosoft.NET Compact Framework than the version installed on device."
Then I installed .NET CF 3.5. from a link on PPCgeeks. Then that wouldn't launch. What now? Any suggestions?

try removing both...then start over...the q9c comes with .net 2.0 installed...

install the .net3.5, reboot..then install the SMMS

yes, unlimited text/web includes that, that's what i have.
