Default Alltel Q 9c Questions

I just purchased a Q 9c from Alltel and have two questions: (I am new to the forum and have tried to search for the answers so forgive me if this is all ready covered)

1. I like the Alltel homescreen and layout (I have looked through the homescreen site and don't see any thing I want to change to) with the exception that it has a Get Office Sync link. Is there an easy way to change this link to something like MSN or weather?

2. Is there a GPS or navigation option available from Alltel? I see that people are working on something for other suppliers.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

welcome aboard...

1. answered quite a few times... search.
2. the Q9c has the GPS receiver, and i don't know about Alltel but for example Verizon "blocks" usage unless you pay and use their VZNavigator.

for more detailed help on .xml coding check here: http://www.everythingq.com/forum/q-h...html#post75827

GPS Info

As far as the homescreen, if you want to change what's on the homescreen you'd have to edit the .xml file. I unfortunately can't point you in the way of instructions for that. But if you looked around in the Homescreen threads you should be able to find something, or if all else fails, ask your homescreen question over there. Good luck!
