Alert beep

My moto Q9C started to give me alert sound every 15/20 mins. This sounds like exactly like the unchecked text message alert. But the issue is that I do not have any unchecked txt msg. I want to know how I can fix this issue? AND NO, I DO NOT WANT TO TURN OFF MY ALERT FEATURE. I want to keep my alert on so I know when I have unchecked txt or vm waiting for me. The issue is that I do not have any unchecked vm or txt but still it beeps/gives alert sound every 15/20 mins. what should I check to fix this?

Any emails? Those are the only things that I know of that this alert is used for.

Thank. I dont have any emails and no internet service either. Do we get MMS on moto Q9C? if so, how do we check? Again, I don't have ay internet service on this set.

MMS trchnicaly isn't supported by Sprint, and the company that provides the picture mail doesn't support windows mobile. However If you go to www.ppcgeeks.com and search for sMMS. It allows you to use Picture mail on the Q (provided you have a picture mail account)

Thanks for responding. I dont have picture mail. and that link really did not help. Any further help from anyone?

Thanks. I don't even get sMMS on my phone. And I checked the user manual. Is this a sign that we have not identified the problem domain? I restarted my machine, but still beeps.

Have you used the instant messager program (OZ) that comes with the phone?

Possibly try turning the alert off and then restarting the phone. then turn it back on.
