Default Same Expierence

I have been battling the slow down and crash for about 4 weeks. Multiple calls to Sprint Tech support resulted in the suggestion that I remove the battery for two minutes and clear out any text messages, Internet files, and to kill all applications. I'm also running Good, their technical support suggested that Sprint was the culprit, and Sprint pointed to Good. The only thing that brings it back to life is a master reset. After the first couple of times a master reset isn't all that bad. For reference there are no additional applications on the phone just Good.

very possible you may have a defective device. Have you considered swaping it out?

my first Q did the crash & die thing, had no apps on it either. Could be a bad internal memory chip
