They might give you a Subsidy code which will unlock ur phone to be used with any sim card. They'll ask you for your phone's IMEI number.

edit: i dont see q9 listed there. Might want to find another site.

So what happened? It's been a while since you posted this. Did you get your code and did it work? Or did you get taken?

Either way, it's good for others to know so that they know whether or not to avoid a certain site.

Yes, that's true, and I can appreciate that (mine is already unlocked from AT&T). But I'm thinking more about the other people out there who aren't necessarily AT&T customers who might be looking for a solution.

Sometimes it's a matter of looking out for others so that they don't have to take the unnecessary steps.

Nothing wrong with that. I was just wondering why everyone was having a hard time with this, when it was so easy for me.

Hey guys, i'm sorry for not replying back - YES it worked!
As simple as wrong sim, it asked for the code i entered it, then entered the comm manager and turned on my antenna!
they are pretty good, and if you need help they even have a call me button - http://cellulargsm.net also there is a coupon code i found for a further discount use code cgsm10 it may still be good
