I had my Q and 1000 minute plan. In June I was solicited by Sprint to give my wife a phone with a shared minute plan,which I rejected.They called me back the next day a offered me 1400 shared minutes + 200 bonus minutes,free mobile to mobile at the same price I was paying 55.00.They told me the monthly charge would be 89.99 per month,but there would be a credit of 35.00 every month.The first 2 bills came in and of course no credit.the first month I called spoke to retentions and credit was given. The second month after 3 calls to customer care and then retention I was given the credit but told that I couldn't keep the plan that was promised. They offered me 1000 plus 200 bonus minutes and free incoming calls on both phones. I agreed but they never gave me my free incoming minutes.After another 2 calls to retentions they finally told me the manager said I was getting a very good deal and that was it.I told him that as soon as I hung up I would file as many complaints against Sprint as I could manage.He said we have offered you a good deal. I said I would like to return my wife's phone as they had not delivered as as promised. He said I would be subject to early termination. These people really suck.
Please abandon your current path and read that link I posted and call that number.She is the executive liason and fixed it for me in 10 minutes.
I ended up with 1200 shared minutes free mobile ti mobile and free incoming minutes on both phones for $50 a month.
