horse meat, and raw haring (fish) is the limit i guess.. and speaking of Vikings: http://www.vikingkittens.com :}
ok haring, i dont like most fish...salmon, red snapper and tuna. ocassional fish and chips stuff..but rare
Horse meat, havent tried it. My mom used to harvest local snails for domestic escargot...never touched that either. I have not tried rocky mountain oysters. I have tried menudo and like it except for the patas and tripas part. I have tried tacos de lengua dont care for it. I got scared by a cow tongue in a pot in out kitchen as a kid. I guess the most unusual thing i do like is tacos de cabesa yummy....i have a hard time ordering it though. I think the cooks dont know I understand a good deal of spanish and they make fun of the huera ordering cabesa and what they suggest i might do with it. Its joking of course, but they find out soon I know what they are saying. that is the best part.
i dont like the texture of caviar...if the texture doesnt suit me i wont bother woth it.
