more synching issues - Motorola Q Forum

ok, new mac owner here. I've reviewed all the posts about syncing with my Q to Macbook. I've installed Missing Sync and can synch with ICal, but can't get my contacts to sync. It reads the contacts, but then gets an error. I'm afraid that I may have messed something up by running that "killall" command in Terminal that I saw in one of the posts.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried "EltimaSyncMate"

Didn't have the right cable with my last night so I'll have a chance to try it (hopefully) tonight when I get home.

Syncing OTA with Exchange right now.

Should I just forget the ubs and get bluetooth or can I figur this out in my lifetime? On the Q, in active sinc, in set up device to sinc with it -
I don't know how to do this part like how do i find out what my outlook web access server address is.
