 |  New User in AK New to Q...so far, not real impressed. Battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than 6 hours, so spent more $$$ on bigger battery...charged it for 18 hours, and all I got was a huge red "X" in the charging screen...unplugged charger and plugged back in...went back to charging, but never completed charge cycle.  Bought 4gb SD card from Office Max...no workee...took it back and the manager opened a 2bgb SD Card while I was standing there...plugged it in, and still nothing.  I've checked for updates for the phone software...Motorola says there isn't any. Can anyone help or provide guidance on these two problems? |

   |  welcome aboard... you may need software for a big sd card.... it's on my apps page, it.s a 4 letter abbreviation. forgot the name... potQ. |

| They are talking about this. It is a zip file though so you will have to extract it and then install it. Hope this helps. |
