 |  New Q w/Sprint SERO plus discount Went to sign up for SERO on Tuesday, order went thru, called to check on status and CS said I could not sign up as I already a Family Share Plan. Called back later CS not sure why it did not go thru, told to sign up again and they made note on account to say its "okay". Second order no problem, received phone the next day. Called to activate and go the Pikeville KY call center. Activated phone, they said anything else, I said "it is possible to add military discount like my other account", CS said sure no problem. Also asked about porting # from other Sprint account, once again CS said sure no problem. Have to wait though other Sprint # is under contract for 4 more months, they said call back when out of contract and "should" be no problem. SERO 500 $30 minus 15% military discount = great phone plan |
