 |  Hi from PR with my MQ/ verizon/claro Hi: Im using this MQ since Sept. 07 No text message and no MMS for photos are funcioning with this MQ, I can only pass it using the web emailing it. I hope the Motorola dealer can exchange it for another one upgrade but I need to back up the contacts before a accidentally erase. any help will be great thanks Dr2 |

 | welcome to EQ! you can..... sync the Q with outlook to back up contacts use sprite backup to backup the phone copy pim.VOL file to PC to back up contacts
