Default hello all

Hey Folks

I am getting my Q9 tomorrow... can't wait switching from blackberry 8800 to get the 3g network so I can tether. Question How much data is 5g since that is the monthly limit for tethering

There is no need for pdanet.
I dunno if your Q is different but look in the Windows folder for IntShrUi. This is the internet sharing tool.

You have a tethering plan. You are using the app that came on the phone for that purpose.. as opposed to using a 3rd party app like pdanet.
You paid for the service...why would they charge you again?

There is a chance that the service provider will notice the spike in data usage - regular web pages as opposed to pages designed for mobile browsers - and hit you with charges if you do not have a tethering plan. Shouldnt really happen unless you are downloading gigs of stuff.
