Default Goodbye Treo-Hello 9C

My first post. Just received the 9C this week, however I'm having signal strength issues. Have 3 other phones in my house and all receive a powerful signal. Activated the Q and I'm lucky to get one bar at home. Sometimes the signal strength indicates I'm not getting any signal. Calls are fading in and out. Brought to Sprint store and they exchanged for another. Same problem.
Does anyone else experience a similar problem. Never had reception issues at home with any other phone. Work at home so, I'm on the fence right now as to what I should do. Looking for any comments or suggestions.

Thanks

I would call Sprint to see if you can get your account flagged for a PRL update. In my case the Q9c seems to get better reception than most of the other phones I have had in the past. And welcome to the family.

My q on verizon gets less bars then my treo did. I think its just the way the phone interprets the signal strength.
Lately though I am getting no signal at times after using wm player...

Well, yeah. "How many bars" you have is relitave to interpretation.
I should have been more clear (sorry), what I meant was I have noticed that my Q9c works in places where other phones haven't been able to.

Thanks...Call clarity on the Q at home was not great. Everywhere else it's fine. Just got back from a Sprint Store. My Q registers only '1" bar at the store, while the display model had '4' bars showing. However, made a call and for some reason the reception was very good though I was only showing '1' bar. At home it's much worse.
