of the Palm TX. I just got the Moto Q9h and so far I'm liking it. There are a few things the TX can still do for me that the Q can't. I'm sure it's just a matter of time until I crack the enigma that is WM6 and get the Q running on all eight cylinders. Changing from a Palm device to a Windows device is forcing me to do my homework and this is the best place to study. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge here.
I'm still using personal apps like: "Handy Shopper" for keeping a running total at the grocery store, "Tide Tool" I live in Florida and tidal info comes in handy, "Delorme Street Atlas 2008" I liked loading topos, satelite imagery, aerial views, and nautical charts for GPS, "Palmary Clock" is a nice alarm type application that allows you to set multiple alarms whenever you want, "Palm Aid" gives good first aid advice while in the field. Oh yeah, "Novi Remote Deluxe" is pretty handy when you don't feel like searching for the remote while you're finally getting well deservered couch time. I'm sure I'll find the windows equivalent to everything I mentioned (except for the IR stuff). It's only a matter of time until I get it right. B.T.W Opera kicks soo much tail on these devices.
I didn't have a palm for long enough to get into too many apps, but I do still have a CD for an early release of novii remote... (came in handy for messing with people at bars and the game stop)
I remember reading on their forums a while ago that they were working on a version for the Q. Alas, now that I have a Q9c it's a moot point, no more IR (but that was the only thing I used it for anyway)
