Default Will my Q work in Northern Ireland?

I'm going on a business trip in Northern Ireland. Does anyone know if my Q will work there? I believe they use GSM, can I get this connection through my Q? If so, what information do I need to enter in the settings?

Thanks!

Sorry but no.

Liek you said they use GSM. Q and all other VZW phones will be GSM except for 2 models. One not sold anymore and the other you call customer care for.

While you are travel you rent a GSM phone from VZW telesales. This cannot be done at your local VZW store and must be taken care of through customer service by dialing 611.

They can also then tell you your expected charges or estimates while in Ireland. Have fun I'm jealous Ireland is still couple of years away for me.

Thanks Adam. I'll call customer service but maybe renting a phone while I'm there might be cheaper?

Dunno bout that...but everyone of my customers so far I have recommended calling cards depending on their required usage. Check with customer care today and they will give you rates then you can see which is cheaper. Which I could help more, they just don't give me access to that area in my stores.
