HELP - In China Motorola Q Not Working - HELP

Hello...

I could really use some help! I am currently in China and as I was told by Bell my Motorola Q would work. This is not the case. I have roaming service but I can't make a call.

Anyone have an international customer service number for Bell?? Hell I would even take a local Toronto 416 or 905 number I could call. I am on business and could really use being able to use my phone.
