Yes of course, those pulled shoulders happen so often these days now that work consists of pushing a mouse around all day.

A few months ago I pushed more than a mouse, I pinched a nerve in my spine doing lat pull downs on a machine (probably why I like free weights and cables better for upper body for me.) that inflammed the bursa. I had no idea what bursitis was before that. Hurst like a mo fo. Had to drive with my left arm proped up with a pillow I had just started working out again and with my daughter. Set me back several months. Shoulda put mi Q on it maybe it would have healed it faster. Cuz you know its just an awsome smartphone.

This is why I avoid any strenuous exercise.

It wasnt strenuous...this was far from strenuous.
It can happen when you least expect it.
Even though we were with a trainer. They did not notice the form was bad. Lesson learned read the info myself, I know better any way. I still have numbness in my forefinger.
But im making a come back any way. lol

Some of us have to exercise...we arent lucky and have good genes.
I am not strong now that is forsure lol. Something I learned when I worked job #2 in fitness related field is that your body is not set into one stereo typical look. It is changeable no matter what your body type. I have had the more defined look and that was ok. Im not sure what I am going for at this point but something probably softer. I just have to see. I have to shed some layers first. Its always a work in progress. Keeps my mind busy which I am sure some folks will appreciate here. Plus the health aspect is really the most important to me.
