Sync reads Storage card but not main - Motorola Q Forum

My computer, after synchronizing, reads only my storage card but not the phone main memory, anybody had experienced the same to light me up?

can you explore the device and see information on your main memory?
do programs work?

Programs do work normally by I cannot explore my device from my computer although I can explore my storage card.

how do you get to the storage card via he pc, it's a sub-directory/folder of the main device ?

It's not through the main device. I have two icons: Main device and storage card, the main device is greyed out.

but you can navigate from the Q to the main memory?

Yeah, I can. The problem happens when I try to navigate it from my PC.

Is there some sort of setting in ActiveSync (if that's what you are using) to fix this?
