Reseting

Im pretty darn new to the Q and you guys have mentioned a few things that I dont know how to do or what it is.
1. What is a soft reset and how do you do it?
2. What is a hard reset and how do you do it?
3. How do you do a master backup?

simply turning off the phone and turning it back on

2. What is a hard reset and how do you do it?

wipes the entire phone clean
depends on which phone you have
but there is usually an option in the start menu somewhere

3. How do you do a master backup?

no such thing unless you have items saved on your PC or you use sprite back up
