Not at all...now I love him in 6ft under but and honestly I was concerned BUT after the first show I was hooked on Dexter as Dexter. The plot is so far from 6ft under.

I'm with Cheri on this one. I thought it might be strange imagining him as a serial killer after seeing him as a gay embalmer but I guess the transition from embalmer to serial killer is easier than I would have imagined. Once I saw him as Dexter, I completely forgot about him being David.

I never saw Six Feet Under. Love Dexter! Great show; I'm waiting for Netflix to get season 2 so I can do another Dexter marathon!
