Default My Windows Media Doesnt play loud enough

My Window Media Doesnt play loud enough. I have the volume at 100% and still is tough to hear. I bluetoothed the files my wife's Q and on her's the files play fine.
The files actually are pretty loud when they play as ringers.
It's there a setting I can change or is there something wrong with my Q?

have you tried adjusting the volume of the ear piece? from the home screen just press down on the scroll bar and adjust it from there.

hope that works.

Don't worry I have seen this question or one similar everywhere in this forum and at qusers.com so a lot of people have it.
