 |  Having issue opening picture attachment ATT00001 We use good messaging services at my work, I have a user that I support that uses a Motorola Q that got an email from someone that took a picutre with a Motorola Q and cannot open the picture. It will let him download the image and then view it in his pictures folder but cannot open it from the link. When he tries to open it, it says that the file format is not recognized. Does anyone know a way around this? |
