And it's still not available on Verizon or any other CDMA network, so how can it be the Q I wished I'd bought?
Also, your claim of "compatibility with the whole WM5 software library" is false. It's compatible with the
Windows Mobile Pocket PC library; it will not run any software that's only avaialble for
Windows Mobile Smartphone. For one thing, that means that no Home screens will work on it; you'll need to find equivalent Today screen functions. (Of course, the Pocket PC library is bigger than the Smartphone library, so that may not be too hard.)
That said, I also wish the Q was available in the same form factor running WM Pocket PC Phone, but it's not. I am looking forward to checking out the
Samsung i760 Pocket PC Phone, though, especially as it will be running Crossbow (WM 5.5 or 6.0) and will probably end up on Verizon.
