Yeah, I confirmed this last night. Called to request a replacement Q (it's on its way). Tech Support could not confirm the Black Q was available.

Called Customer Service and they did confirm that it does show in the system and they have received Promo materials. Asked if my replacement could be black rather than silver. They transferred me back to Tesch Support, since they placed the replacement order. Lady I spoke to there said she had to make an outside call to someone or other (whoever it is that actually fills the order) to see if this was something that could be offered. She was gone forever, someone else picked up and said they could finish helping me, gave me the run-around about going to the store and getting the battery replaced (blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, etc., etc.).

You get the idea. Anyhow, I gave up and just accepted the silver replacement Q. Clearly the Black Q will be out soon, before Christmas I'm guessing, and then I can just order a black shell when they become available and have my Black Q. So, there it is!
