I think motorola should come up with a verison of the Q for left handed people. The scrol wheel is on the wrong side and I find it hard to navigate the phone using the 5 way touch pad.
I'm a lefty, and think the wheel is in a great place. I'm used to having PPC with a touch screen, so I hold the phone in my right hand and the stylus in my left. With the Q, I'm just used to holding it in my right hand. It works great for me.
funny, i rarely use the scroll wheel right now so for me it's not an issue.

I'm a lefty and I've felt myself wishing the scroll wheel was on the other site a couple of times. No real big deal though, us lefties get screwed on all these types of things, we are used to it.
I'm a lefty and I think the set up is perfect. It leaves my dominate hand available for other things while the less important right hand takes care of the phone.
I am also perplexed why the direction pad is hard to navigate for you. Hey lefty pitchers an quarterbacks generally can make more than righties. You do have that.
i am right handed but mostly use the Q with my left hand, i find it akward using my right hand, when using my left hand i get a full grip on the device, i use my pointer finger to scroll the wheel and my middle finger for the back button. that may work for the leftys out there.
