sadly a lot of reps wouldn't know a Q from a BB if you covered the stickers.

Found this out yesterday trying to get a new a/c charger. They had to look up what a Q was. They had a Q9c on display even!? Then pointed me to a BB one on sale for $40. I shook my head and walked out.

Possible it may be released, or they just didn't want to appear ignorant about their products and played along.

No, I don't take it that way at all. I don't feel like anyone was saying that I was lying. I was just wondering why a Verizon rep would lie about getting a specific phone. Sorry if I sounded a little "goofy" about it. It wasn't that. I was just wondering cuz I'm curious, as well.
I'm really hoping that there is new Q coming--especially since my contract is up. And, I hope it's not a Q9c, because as we all know, the Q9c isn't a new phone. It may be new to Verizon, but it isn't new. If he was talking about the Q9c, I'll just keep my original silver Q.

there was just a story on endgadgetmobile about the i770 by samsung coming to verizon in Q3, looks like a Q just a really downgraded one (looks wise) i770 is slated to have wifi.........

basically it's an unbranded Q9h, there's also some difference with the data options...
