there's already a discussion about this in another thread. the q9c doesn't stand for cdma.... cuz the m is cdma too. it stands for enterprise use. the only difference between the m and c is there's not MOTO media UI. everything else is the same.

Yeah, I saw it, like one post in the bottom of a topic that has nothing to do with the Q9C...

Figured I'd start a new topic about the Q9C

Also, I bet C stands for Corporate.

excellent...im glad to see there is not a 'media' version of the new Q out there...but sadly looks like ill have to wait til Q4 for this one...

ah well...ill be patient and get me a business type Q....

Or just get the q9m and switch back to the windows UI, sounds like thats about the only difference in the c

true...but if those items are built in to ROM (VCast Mod & Moto Media) then its gonna be more of a pain in the ass...but thats just me

Q4 would mean what, October-November-December? I think I can wait.

I agree, I think I would much rather have the C, here is hoping that will give us just a bit more storage space without the need for the extra space for the media junk.

Hopefully more info will come out soon, and hopefully we are wrong about it having the exact same specs as the current Q. I would like to at the very least see more ram and storage.

you would be correct in oct-dec being Q4
its not that far off!

i agree 100% with you there...this thing not being bogged down by extra media crap...and hopefully have different specs than the current Q

It's likely that the 'UI' is only a today plugin. Anyone could edit the XML or simply switch it under settings. I don't see why that would be a pain.
