Direct Connect and motoQ

One of my workmates was told a Moto Q is coming out with Direct connect abilities.

Anyone know if this is true? Its time for me to get a new phone from sprint but will need smartphone capabilities and walkie talkie.

ya, the PTT. Dont understand why Motorola didn't package that with the Q. They only developed the whole direct connect network with nextel. I know there is a motorola PTT "smartphone" but I refuse to do any major mobile office without a qwerty keyboard. I am not into hitting 10,000 keys to say, "hello"

Ya know, it would only be five, six if your phone doesn't "Predict Text". A Q with PTT would be nice though, any other sources besides the co-worker?

Cool.... then I can be that annoying asshole on the bus who engages in lengthy and absurd conversations at the top of my voice via PTT.
