Default trying to connect to internet using Bluetooth

I'm having trouble connecting to the internet via Bluetooth using my Moto Q 9C (I am paying for the Sprint PAM plan). I have paired my phone with a Targus Bluetooth adaptor. From what I understand, I need to create a dial up connection. The problem is that each trime I connect using the Internet Sharing connection on my phone, it creates an active Bluetooth LAN connection on my computer. I would assume because of this I cannot create the necessary dial up connection using #777. If I disable the Bluetooth LAN connection, then my Internet Sharing connection also disconnects. I've tried to connect to the internet using this Bluetooth LAN connection to no avail. Can I connect this way? If not, how do I eliminate the Bluetooth LAN connection and create the necessary dial up connection? Sprint Tech support was not able to help. Thanks in advance for replies.

hi i have problem with bluetooth too and i find the soultion, in case you (i have moto q gsm wm6) are with default configuration remember this, is smartphone this mean its a pda and cellphone and like pda and any pc you need have only one tipe of connection ( bluetooth or wifi or gprs) running this is important if you dont want a bill with big cost for this reason you need deactivate other service or connection type you have its mean if you want connect over bluetooth you need deactivate a gprs connection in moto q you dont have a aplication or option in menu with you can do this in this case you need turn off you cellphone service in the menu activate bluetooth and pair you moto q with you pc all this in menu activesync and you have now the connection bluetooth with your moto and the pc and you can now navigate in pocket internet explorer i recomend you turn off gprs connection or turn off you cell phone service because you dont have to pay anything to cell company and is the only way to connect to internet over bluetooth exist other apps like nodata and nogprs even apps what you need pay (commMgrpro or bandswith) but in may experience dont work with wm6 (my cell phone have wm6 ) i dont know with wm5 i find a manual with you can turn off and turn on gprs and you can have cellphone service on with no problem tray this and if you want the manual you can contact me in this post or email gsergio.guzman@gmail.com
