Problems with H700 staying paired with Blackberry 8830 Hi. I am having problems with the Motorola H700 staying paired with my Blackberry 8830. I am on my second H700 and it's doing the same thing as the first. I'm hoping someone can help. When I first bought the H700, it paired up fine. Then, every time I would turn the Blackberry on and flip open the H700, it would automatically connect fine. The problem I seem to be having is if I'm wearing the H700 and have the Blackberry laying somewhere and get out of range, the become unpaired. Sometimes, when I come back in range, the H700 will pair automatically. Where the problem comes in is sometimes it will not pair up and no matter how many times I go through the steps manually, I cannot get it to pair back with the Blackberry. I have noticed that when this happens, the little ring that lights up on the H700 turns purple instead of the normal blue and it stays on solid, whereas when it is working properly, it is a flashing blue light. When this happens, there is no pairing it with the Blackberry. When I try to connect it, the Blackberry says that it's found a device and then when the selection comes up, it shows an audio device. No Motorola H700. I took the first bluetooth device back to Verizon and they couldn't figure it out, so they gave me a new one and now this one is doing the same thing. Any one know what's going on with this? |
