Default Problem connecting GlobalSat BT-338

I can't seem to get my Q to use my new GlobalSat BT-338 GPS receiver. The only way I can get it to pair is go into the Bluetooth Manager and view all devices. Once I initiate pairing it asks for the password and such as expected but once the pairing is complete it shows up in my devices but the Icon is a question mark. I've opened Live Search and tried to center on my GPS location and it just says aquiring location or whatever and never does anything. The Receiver is showing good connection with satellites but the bluetooth connection light is blinking like nothing is connected. Please help!

Mine has the question mark as well. But i just had to play around with it to get it to work. The question mark is always there on mine. I went in to live search or Google maps and started choosing random com ports. just so happened mine worked on com 1 and it popped up and ask if I would like to create a serial connection to the gps receiver so i hit yes and its worked ever since then on all me apps. So the question mark is still there but it works great.

I have the same problem. I just got one I can't get to connect either... a navibe bluetooth one.
It comes up with a question mark every time. I think I'm missing something really simple too :/

Any more suggestions the one above didn't work for me but I tried it. It just kinda hung up there and never found the gps signal :/

My bluetooth light did stop flashing tho.

EDIT: But when I turned "center on GPS location" off it starts blinking again... is that normal?

Are there supposed to be any options under the Bluetooth manager to connect to your GPS kinda like the one to connect your wireless headset?

PROBLEM SOLVED! Went to my provider today and warranty replaced my phone because I've been having problems with it taking and holding a charge and the occasional random lock-up. Tried Google Maps with the new phone and the GPS and it worked instantly!
