Pairing Moto Q(sprint) with BT GPS

My B-Speech GPS 20C arived today and I have not been able to pair it to my Moto Q (SPRINT). I spent over and hour and a half with tech suport from Sprint. I've paired up my headset in a couple minutes, but this just won't pair.I've looked all over the web for pointers but not getting anywhere.
STEPS I HAVE TAKEN.
1) Start
2) Bluetooth folder
3)Bluetooth manager
4) Handsfree
5)Menu add then search
6) wait 1/2 hour nothing happens.
7) mumble " should have bought something else"
As for the GPS receiver, I have it on. The wierd thig is that the LED light blinks BLUE< ORANGE<PURPLE like a Christmass tree.
Any help that you can offer will be appreciated. Hate to spend better part of lunch break Fri. Talking to tech support.
P.S Would I have been better off with the Freedom GPS Keychain?

I have been having the same prooblems with my BT GPS. I made great progress by downloading the most current Q software from motorola. After I loaded the new version, I am able to pair with the BT.

Tonight I looking for a mapping software that will work with the Q1 and my BT gps.
