My Headset will but wont actually end my call

I have the Sprint Q full up to date as of today. With a few of my contacts, when I am on the H700 headset, I will tap the button to hang up the call. The phone will no longer show the call in use and the phone icon will go away. My headset will also go in to standby. I will then either try to make a call or eventually get a call back telling me that the caller heard everything that was going on for the last five minutes. End result is the call never ended and is on the phone. Anyone have this issue and if so, has anyone figured out how to fix it? This is not only annoying, but dnagerous if you talk the amount of trash about people that I do.
