Default muffled poor sound on h700

(on mobile site and it's tough to read search results so sorry if this is a repost)

just got an h700. charged, synced, voice dialed with no problems. during that first call the person on the line said i sounded far away/like they're on speakerphone/muffled, etc.

i closed the mic and the call seamlessly went to the Q where sound quality was perfect, with me speaking at the same level inside a quiet building.

it seems like a great device that i'd like to keep. is there a trick to using it? a setting i don't know about? anything at all to fix this problem?

It isn't you. The headset just doesn't work well with the Q. There are lots of known BT issues with the Q and headsets.

Not truei have H700 it works perfectly the problem is is your H700 revision a or B if it is a then you have problem CDMA with rev B works perfectly the other thing is is it real ot fake if it fakes then forget it....

Look at the back do you see a bluetooth logo and motorola imprint if so you are ok if not then you going to have a lot of problems''I bought one from ebay fake never workied static and echo.. I purcahse from compusa $$40 after rebate and original works 100% perfectly even when i am 25 feet away i am listening to songs on bluetooth and even talking to my friends 25 feet away very little static.....

Default is this genuine?

these are the only distinguishing markings that are on the headset. i don't believe that it's genuine according to your description. am i correct?

If you just bought this you can get a revision B for cdma. Call motorola they change it for you only downside to it is 20 days it will take call mototroal 1800 and tell them you get alot of static they give you rmra and change it for you or take it back to the store if it is less than 30 days and get rev b
