Default Morotola H3 low volume

I tried using an Motorola H3 headset with my Q, but the max volume is way to low for outdoor use or in a car with the A/C going strong. I can't find any settings on the Q that make it go louder, not the earpiece volume or the "hidden" earpiece volume (thumwheel in call vs. hold thumwheel for 1 second). I'm wondering if small headsets are just limited in the amount of volume they'll put out to avoid feedback to the microphone. Any suggestions for a nice loud headset, perhaps an in-ear model?

Thanks.

I use the Motorola H850 and it is plenty loud. I tried the 650 and it also had great volume (possibly a little more than the 850), but people on the other end couldn't really hear me (everyone thought they were on a really crappy speaker phone). Moto just came out with their new "in-ear" model (H5 miniblue) that received excited reviews in Men's Health.. unfortunately it runs for around $200 right now.
