Question kinda frustrating...

pretty sure i had it working yesterday... but no more, the Q is connected via bluetooth (so it says) then i go to the bluetooth on my Q, it asks what i want, so i pick "Add" (network), it has the connecting bar, sometimes it goes back to the bluetooth screen and i can choose "Add" again, and other times the error message reads: Personal Network. Unable to establish connection. Please make sure the device is enabled and in range. Also verify that the requested service is available."

anyone any idea how to troubleshoot/fix this ?

thanks

Question

nobody ? is there a how to start fresh (meaning uninstalling everything associated w/ the Q and Bluetooth) and redo the thing to see if that solves the issue ?

i just used a Motorola H500 headset for about 5 hours and that worked.. does that mean all BT devices should work ?

Default

Since I perfromed the MOL2 update, bluetooth connectivity with my HS820 is spotty (I get the same message you do), however it still works perfectly with the factory handsfree in my Infiniti FX35.

As long as it's working properly in the vehicle I don't care that much about the HS820 as it's a POS anyway.
