I am happy with the headset, but I have a heck of a time to put the headset in the charge cradle. Any other JX10 owners have that problem? I know Chris has it, I am wondering if he has the same problem, or is itme?

Never had that issue. I use the cradle daily - definitely one of the positives of the JX10.

I am able to "dock" the headset, but it takes a bit of fiddling around. I guess I expected it to be as easy as when I put the Q in the charging cradle.

It can be a pain to cradle, but it is good when it is docked. I also use the USB cable with my laptop... both charge the JX10 pretty quickly.
