Camera or Multimedia Issues with Motopure h12 and Q?

Has anyon e else had any experience with the motopure h12? I just got one to replace a bad H700 (since the jawbone won't work with the Q). When it connects with my phone, I love it. It's comfortable, and it's easy to hear and be heard (I've had H700's and Plantronics models in the past).

My problem is this: After anywhere from 15min to 1hr of no activity, my headset disconnects itself (can't find the phone), and this confuses the q - which thinks it's still connected. So I have to manually disconnect the device, TURN OFF THE BLUETOOTH SERVICE, turn the service back on, and reconnect the device.

Any ideas? Is this a single instance or is this a known (even unofficially) issue? I need the device to stay connected, as I drive almost all day, and therefore need the headset.

Thanks,

It sounds like you have paired your headset with more than just your Q. I have mine paired with a few devices. If I have more than one of them on with their Bluetooth radio on, I run into similar problem. If however I only have the bluetooth radio of the device I want to connect to turned on, the connection happens right away. It sounds like you have a couple devices fighting over the headset.
