I can hear through it, but can't talk through it

My HS850 is paired just fine. I can hear my MP3's, videos, etc. When I place a call, the person on the other end can't hear me, but I can hear them. Incidentally, the voice recognition software will activate but I can't get anything to work on it through the BT headset. It basically looks like my microphone isn't working, but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

My 850 is the most stable bluetooth adapter I've used yet (which is why I still have it :-p). Sometimes people can't hear me after I've used it at the gym, but I think it's b/c sweat got in there or something. I just grab the end and suck real hard on it real quick (please no inuendos! couldn't find another way to phrase it that wasn't suggestive), and it seems to work great from then on.
