Default Help with bluetooth

Hello everyone, New to the site and just wanted to say hi to everyone before i asked for help...so Hi :d

Now my question, I have a motorola H500 I have had it a little over a year set up on a older phone. Works great, Now that i have upgraded my phone i was wanting to move the bluetooth over to the new phone. When i disconnect from my old phone and try to connect on my new phone it asks for a password. I have tryed 1111,0000,2222 and so on. Is there anyway i can reset the password on the bluetooth? I may have put a password on the the bluetooth when i first got it but i seem to have forgot the password. So to some it up can i or can i not reset the password on the bluetooth.. Thanks guys/gals

Ok guys if anyone else needs to find a answer to this question on how to reset the password on your bluetooth. I called motorola and the answer i got was Hold the on botten on the bluetooth intil it turns on, Keep holding down the on botten intil light turns solid. Once light is solid use your phone to connect to it. Your phone and bluetooth should pair up with out asking for a password. Once connected u will be able to go in the bluetooth options and reset the password. I help this helps anyone else looking for answers on how to reset the password to your bluetooth......Note this answer may not work with your bluetooth. My bluetooth model is a Motorola H500

Thanks guys/gals and good luck

He did. If the password was changed from the default (which it appears to have been) it won't auto pair without the password, or resetting the headset as the OP did.
