don't most retailer's have a return policy? After you narrow the field, try one. If it's not quite what you want, exchange for a different one. They should work with you if you exchange for one of higher value.

Personally, I like my Jabra BT500, works well, good quality and battery life, and sits securely on my ear. Ear gel doesn't seal perfectly, but definitely makes that ear much quieter than the other. In a noisy area I usually take it off if I don't need it right then because the volume difference between my ears is so drastic.

I ordered one from Amazon, I didn't look and it came from a third party. There is a restocking fee.

So I found an 855 at Best Buy. $129 (outragous), but I can take it back in 30 days and then order one for $74 if I like it. I don't like to play this game, but not much choice here. I will give the chance to price match, but I doubt they will do it.

I buy enough crap from BB anyway :-)

The 665 works good for my q9c. The quality is 100% better than it was on my A900.

Amazing what a difference a decent phone can make.

I agree that it feels odd in the ear though. None of the 3 sizes worked right. I just put the smallest one in and then use the flexy ear thingy it came with as well.

So far never dropped a call and a pretty decent range so far as walking goes.

The battery is not quite as beefy as other models out there but quite adequate.
