I've had a Sprint Motorola Q for about two weeks, and it has the latest software loaded on it according to Motorola Software Update. I'm trying to get it to pair with my
Nokia BH-900 headset, which has worked just flawlessly in the past with my HTC Hermes.
My Q simply cannot find the headset. When I push "Add" under the Q's Bluetooth Manager, it searches for headset and doesn't come up with anything. Each time I attempt this, I've verified that the headset is powered on, has enough battery juice, and is physically separated by two feet or fewer from the Q. Since I couldn't get it to work with apps installed, I did a Master Reset on my Q -- still no luck. My neighbor recently picked up a Sprint Q as well, and I just tried it on his about an hour ago. Same result as mine -- leads me to believe that there's nothing wrong with my Q, and the fact that the headset works just fine with my HTC Hermes leads me to believe that there's nothing wrong with the BH-900.
Any idea what might be going on, and/or how to fix it? Thanks guys, you're great!
