Default Bluetooth printing?

Has anyone been able to print from the Q to a bluetooth-enabled printer?

I would love to no this also I have a HPC6180 Printer with a Motorola Bluetooth dongle attached to it. The Q recognizes it if I have it search for a bluetooth network device and select any device. It will not conect because it says it can not do that comand. There must be some software out there that will let this happen

I don't believe the Q supports the necessary BT stack to do so. Does anybody even know of an app that could take advantage of this functionality? Is that something that WM smartphone even supports?

I am not sure if it is a BT stack issue or a 'print driver' issue. I know that my old Palm would support a print driver installed to allow connected printing. I am not sure if WM for Smartphone has the same support. Here is an article talking of a developer solution for printing on what appears to be the PPC version of WM 5. http://www.bachmannsoftware.com/pbsdk_wm5faq.htm

Also . . . I did a bit of searching and came across this program. I have not used it but it appears to allow you to connect to a computer via BT activesync then print from your computer. It may not connect directly to the printer but if your computer is on it could solve your problem.

I have an HP Deskjet 6980 with bluetooth dongle installed. Any option on the phone that allows me to "Send via Bluetooth" will go to the printer. Photos, contacts, Calender I think, but I haven't figured out how to print emails, webpages, or PDF's yet.

uhm, don't think so:

Requirements: Requires minimum ActiveSync 3.8, Windows 2000 or newer (desktop) and PocketPC 2002
