binaural phone calls using stereo bluetooth headsets

I have a Q Black from Verizon with (I believe) the latest updates. I have a Plantronics 855 stereo BT headset paired to the my Q.

Playing my music sounds great! A call comes in, the music stops and I can hear the phone call. I end the call, and it goes back to playing music in both ears.

So why the heck can't I hear the person's voice in both ears during the call? The headset switches the 2nd earbud off before the call comes through! I know, I know. There is no Left/Right channels for phone calls. Thats fine.

But seriously, am I missing something? Shouldn't you have the option of getting the audio in both ears? Anyone?
