Well, I can report that this head set is an awesome device. Noise cancelling function is impressive. I had one major hickup ... I could not get this thing to stay on my ear. I could never match the correct sized earloop and ear-bud in a optimal manner to stay in my ear (perhaps because I have a large noggin). Fyi, Jawbone includes 2 xl & 2 med earloops, and sm, med, lrg ear-buds.

The fix is using a Jabra EarGel. This thing will now stay in my ear while juggling luggage and computer bag as I race thru an airport - and performs perfectly.

After reading this post I decided to order the 520 from Ebay. The price was hard to pass up. 29. So I ordered it. I got it today, but was the 521. I did some research. It turns out the only difference is the charger. The 520 comes with a desktop charger. The 521 comes with an ac charger. That is the only difference. I am debating on if I should complain or not. The posting was for the 520. It does have a nice fit and it is louder then the other cyber-blue one I had. Anyone have any thoughts?

the desktop charger is just a little piece that the wall charge slips into, but I would complain because it is an outright violation of Ebay's TOS.

I am already on it. The more I think about it, it is wrong. I mean if it said new plantronics 521, that is one thing. This was a 521 in scratched up box. So to me this is not new. New is not only being the item discussed but also the box being new. Just as I were to go to the store myself and purchase.

I have read all the posts and you guys have me excited but I have no idea which one I am excited about!

I have had MANY BT earpieces and most of them are junk. Maybe it is my unique body chemisty (LOL) or maybe just my unlucky pairing between phones. I am always told that my people cannot hear me clearly! I have the whole moto line....I am done with them! I had a jawbone but that thing was not comfortable and the customer service was a joke!!! Needless to say my wife has no forbidden me from buying the next best thing ( i have a tendency to do that

) I was thinking a blue ant until I read about the 510 USB.

SOOO...the million dollar question is which one? My boss says the 510 is the best and I should go with the 510 USB...some of you guys are saying the same but then it turned to the 520.

So, what is the verdict?

510 if you want to connect it to your landline with expensive accessories and look like the borg from star trek.

520 is the way to go.

Good thread; I'm looking for advice on this.

I'll tell you one that is NOT good: Moto H350. I have tried it on two phones and without fail the people on the other end cannot hear / understand me.

I'm back to my old wired Jabra in the mean time. Just hope Best Buy will take this POS back without packaging.

the 510 is a great headset, used it for a year..yes it is kinda "bulky".. upgraded to the 520 and it's awesome, hence why i am "plugging" it & so far all folks i adviced it to really dig it.

520 got my vote. Been using it for a week and love it !! Tried four others either the fit sucked or I couldnt hear anything.
