The 510 was great because it had the landline feature with the optional dock. The power button was horrible. I just got tired of the cyborg look, but its a wash IMHO.

| Alright, well I finally got my 520 yesterday. I ordered it from EGW on Amazon.com DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I received my headset in bulk packing, no big deal. But my instruction manual was a photocopied piece of paper that was only half readable. And my headset looked used! I had to clean it for 45 minutes before I could use it. All that aside. This has to be the best headset I have ever had for a phone, used or not. I wish I got a new one, but this works awesome. I might buy another! |

| My boss loves freaking out on people it actually brings joy to his life. SO i gave him the order number and the phone numbers to contact both places. So I am waiting to hear from him before I leave them a horrible review! |
